GLINNS CONSULTING LLC: Refund Policy

1. Introduction GLINNS CONSULTING LLC is committed to delivering high-quality consulting services (or products) to our clients. We understand that circumstances may arise where a return or refund may be necessary. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are provided.
2. Scope This refund policy applies to all consulting services (or products) offered by GLINNS CONSULTING LLC, including but not limited to e-commerce and AI consulting services.
3. Eligibility for Refunds Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:
Service (or Product) Not Delivered: If the consulting service (or product) has not been delivered as agreed in the contract.
Service (or Product) Quality Issues: If the client believes the service (or product) provided was not of the quality promised or did not meet the agreed standards.
Cancellation: If the client cancels the service (or product) before it has been delivered, as per the terms outlined in the cancellation section of the service (or product) contract.
4. Requesting a Refund To request a refund, clients must:
Submit a written request to gs@ezglinns.com within 30 days of the service (or product) delivery date.
Include the following information in the request:
Client’s name and contact information
Service (or product) details (description, date of service (or product))
Reason for the refund request
5. Review and Approval Process
Upon receiving a refund request, GLINNS CONSULTING LLC will review the request within 10 business days.
The review process will involve:
Verifying the service (or product) details and delivery
Assessing the reasons for the refund request
Consulting with the service (or product) delivery team if necessary
6. Refund Decision
After the review, GLINNS CONSULTING LLC will notify the client of the decision via email.
If the refund is approved, the refund amount will be processed within 15 business days from the approval date.
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon.
7. Non-Refundable Services (or Products) Certain services (or products) are non-refundable, including but not limited to:
Services (or products) that have been fully delivered and accepted by the client
Custom consulting solutions tailored specifically for the client
Training sessions or workshops that have been conducted
8. Partial Refunds In cases where a partial refund is deemed appropriate, GLINNS CONSULTING LLC will communicate the refund amount and the rationale behind it to the client.
9. Dispute Resolution If a client disagrees with the refund decision, they may request a secondary review by submitting a detailed explanation of their concerns to gs@ezglinns.com. This secondary review will be conducted by senior management, and the decision will be final.
10. Changes to this Policy GLINNS CONSULTING LLC reserves the right to modify this return and refund policy at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or through our website.
